AAA Taxis & Private Hire

DO NOT USE THIS APP. You will get a notification come up sometimes when you try and book a taxi saying that the card payment has failed to go through. You then book another taxi and pay cash or card again. They will then take the payment for the original taxi booked about an hour later. It is a long process to try and get the money refunded

No re-set password email received, multiple attempts. Can’t start again as says number registered to an account.

The apps okay, but if your taxi’s very late, good luck trying to get a refund 😂

don’t use this app if it was the only option on earth. the cabs don’t come and they take your money and don’t resolve anything. you book and you don’t even get updates

You book a cab though the app and it picks the wrong location so you then have to ring and tell the where you are absolutely useless

I think they spent the majority of their time trying to make this app look fancy and nice. The app doesn’t function well whatsoever. It will not let me choose my house as the pick up location, instead it forces me to use a location that’s 0.4 miles away as the pick up. The old app was way simpler and actually works!

Spent almost ten minutes trying to get my pickup spot. Absolutely rubbish

Looks much nicer than the old app but critically does not work whatsoever. Constantly displays pop ups “Vendor cannot be contacted” Useless

just downloaded the app, set up all me details. had not even put in a destination yet before being charged £1.01. Taking it as a charge for having the app.
