Why don’t I see my insurance in the app? Instead, it says technical error always.

I had some changes in my bank details and needed to change them on the app but cant because i need to call them up, im too busy to call up and change details

I cannot view any of my specified items. The virtual assistant kept asking what policies I want to cancel over and over

You can’t update an address - you have to call. You will have to got to your files to get the policy number - you can’t copy from the app and if you start a chat from you policy it won’t copy the policy number into the chat, and you can’t copy it either. But you can’t start the chat without entering the policy number. So they direct you to calling them. You still have to call. What is the point of an app when you can’t do anything? Basically, it’s a fancy PDF with navigation.

Hi I am a new car insurance customer as of today 6/5/24 and have spent the past 20 mins trying to find an email address to confirm a question ( in writing) on my new cover, the website directed my to the app which I have downloaded and still can’t find anywhere to send an email so writing this on your review page I said twice on the recorded call that my car is for work use mainly however on the certificate of insurance it says primarily for private use Does this need to be amended ? Please advise at your earliest convenience Thank you Julia

After being unable to resolve my question by telephoning the contact centre, Use the app they say … its faster. Asking for help via the app indicates I need to talk to a human … so I retype my question because the two parts of the chat don’t appear connected under the prompt ‘you’re talking to a human’ … and I sit here, I go for my dinner, I come back … no response. I telephone the contact centre again … and continue to wait … Maybe if AAMI diverted some of their marketing budget from cheesy TV adds and hired some people to answer the phones might be a good start?

All your services are not reachable. Your phone queues are hours long, your chat bot keeps saying “something has gone wrong”, and i can’t manage my lister drivers because your website is down.

Such a good way of wasting time on active chat box. One issue, multiple people involved, no one point to the main issue, just asking multiple questions multiple times. Why don’t they gave all information, all questions at a time? Took one week still policy not being changed. I have to cancel policy. Terrible time consuming.
