Ab Workouts App

I used this app for 8 years and went through so many self edited workouts to find the ultimate core work out. Sadly it wasn’t updated to the new OS. I love it when the voice said: “You are an animal!” at the end of a workout.

Good and easy to use and follow, I've just recently started training a few weeks ago so gonna follow the workouts every night :)

This app is amazing! Skip the videos at the start and it's so great! I don't pay a thing and i get a workout! 😄

Jut as goo as anything else out there. I've used many and go back to this one every time. Worth the download. Check it ouy

This app would be ok, but when doing a work out the voice isn't there even when I press the play button also the video at the start is poor quality and about laggy. I would only recommend this to someone who is very patient. Also it drains battery life more than a flash light app!!

Dunno what these idiots are on about with the adverts, I didn't have any adverts. All I did was use the workout routines once every two days for six weeks and I did get a six pack. Quality app

Step by step guide, lots of exercises to pick from. Btw if people used their eyes they would see that you can cross of the video (top left corner) so you don't have to watch it.
