ABCmouse 2: Kids Learning Game

Thank you so much, ABCmouse. I’m having so much fun even though I’m 9 years old, I’ve actually had this game before I deleted it because I didn’t really like it at that point but now I’m enjoying it so much this is really helping my ADHD and FASD

The old ABC app was great because of the learning path I had my kids follow and then afterwards let them randomly discover & explore learning material. Now that learning path has been replaced in this new version with a separate reading path and math path which are now hard to even find because of new picture-focused interface. WORSE, when you find them one learning video in my 4 year old’s math path has no sound so she gets stuck and can’t advance. This is a nasty BUG.

My child mistakenly signed up for yearly subscription of ABCmouse. Is there a way to cancel and get a refund.?

I purchased a one year subscription in July and have been locked out of the account since September. There is no ability to contact Support in real time so I just go back and forth by email. The responses are staggered at best and have been zero help so far. Poor communication and no meaningful technical support on what feels like a pretty easy fix. I will be reporting this to my credit card if I dont get a viable solution soon. Beware!

The best program, but I forgot the password and I cannot recover it, and the site does not work. It is an error. My money has gone down the drain.

ABC mouse what have you becomes?, you lived long enough to become the monster, you are nothing but a phony kids app, you have to pay for basically everything and I want my little cousin to play but we opened it and he tried it, he went to click on an other one than the thing popped up, only one thing you can play which sucks, please make it free instead of needing a subscription,

I really like it and it’s really fun, but I’m in grade 7 so it’s very very low skill level for me, but it is even fun for me lol

So I downloaded the App, and subscribed for 7days free trial, but it was a scam, i was charged the original amount for a month but just valid for a week!!
