• Download & install the app on your mobile device
• Login in with your Online Banking credentials, if you are already a registered User
• If you are not yet registered, please visit your nearest ABK-Egypt Branch to sign the Terms & Conditions for the service, and then register easily through the app with your Debit or Credit Card.

• Monitor your accounts and credit cards’ activity
• View your credit card statements
• Manage your beneficiaries & transfer funds to Individuals’ accounts in ABK-Egypt and other local banks
• Pay credit cards in ABK-Egypt & other local banks
• Manage your mobile & email for receiving alerts for your banking & cards’ transactions
• Request to open operative accounts, time deposits & certificates of deposit
• Request to issue new chequebook
• Apply for a loan or credit card
• Contact the Bank with your inquiries via secured email
• Manage your security access codes

Needs a lot of work
A very primitive app that doesn't have any competitive edge or similarities to other reputable banks. I suggest that you mimic NBE's app if you're incapable of designing your own app, or that you spend some money to make a good one, which will have for sure a high ROI if you understand anything 😏...
Terrible app
I spent 1 hour trying to make registration and it gives strange messages like renew license!!! I deleted it very very bad app

Very Bad
What the God damn worth if you need to going to the bank to can use it. I cant even use it as a statement not for transfer money I close my credit card after week because bad costumer service and the miss leading of the sales because he told me no service charge if you activate the card
App bug
I always get “session time out” message when i want to change my password and i dont take more than 2 min!! I dont know what to do and what is the problem with the app, i tried more than 50 times and i always get this message

تطبيق كله اخطاء ومشاكل والبنك نفسه بقي مش كويس وبيخصمو فلوس من العملاء غير المصاريف الرسميه وخدمه عملاء زي الزفت واسلوبهم زباله
