DO NOT GET THIS APPPPP PLEASE TAKE THIS DOWN IT TRIED TO TAKE $78 FROM ME WHEN I CHOSE THE $.50 OPTION FOR A FREE TRIAL.

I did a trial for this app to see if I liked it because I am serious about my health journey. Dude.. as soon as my subscription ended, I couldn’t access the app. I was so confused, so I contacted customer service via email (which was hard to find on the website btw) and got word back 2days later. They promise to get back to you within 8hours but ok.. I was not even mad at that point. When I finally heard back, the customer service agent was actually so rude for no reason and would not answer my question. All I asked why I couldn’t access the app. After some back and forth, they finally told me they weren’t going to give me access because my subscription ended. I’m so over the company at this point so I ask for a way to download my data so I can keep track of my food intake I’ve logged so far.. no response. This is so unprofessional and uncouth. Don’t waste your time honestly.

Do not give these people your credit card info! They say you get a free trail for 1.00, 3.00 or 7.00 dollars but then will charge your card 76.00 and refuse to refund! This is a scam!

Do NOT sign up for the trial o was supposed to pay 50¢ for a week and I canceled my trial not even within 24 hours and now every single week they try to take money from me they try to take 35$ out of my account I had to buy a new card because of them.

I saw many people write the same experience that I have had. They don’t let you cancel before the free trial and then charge you $35 every week. This is a rip off and they need to be removed from App Store. Does any body have a suggestion on how this scam can be reported to authorities

I just signed up for a week’s trial and was immediately charged $27.00. I am also unable to log into my account. It won’t accept the email address and I know it’s accurate. DO NOT use this company.

Do NOT sign up for this app, not even the free trial. They use deceitful advertising. It’s the worst app on my phone. This is very much a scam. I’m reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I tried canceling my trial membership that they charged me 50¢ for and they ended up charging me $78.50 saying I got the full membership when I didn’t. Hate this app. Beware before you try.

I got scammed. I tried to cancel the purchase so I was never able to make an account so it just started draining money out of my account.
