Well let’s see…
I’m beyond furious with this application and institution at this point. Every single week my account gets locked down for a fraud alert when I spend my money on the same things every week. More often than not I do NOT get notified I just get locked down. Then I get told “oh it’s an automated system we can’t do anything about that…..” like seriously? I have 19 separate lockdowns logged just this year. I dont get any type of response when issues arise and more often than not it feels like they don’t trust me with my own money to the point I can’t even touch it. Like as we speak I just got denied in a drive through looking like an idiot because ONCE AGAIN I CANT TOUCH MY MONEY.
