It’s quite a challenge identifying senders of money into one’s account in Access bank. The narration never carries the sender’s details which makes it difficult to identify who the sender is. Please improve on this. Thanks

I would rate u guys 7/10 it’s been good but some days it’s bad smiles especially when it’s urgent for you but so far you guys have been trying am not gonna lie and I think you need a little touch up that’s all .

I don’t understand why after an update it is filled with bugs. All of a sudden my beneficiaries are no where to be found and I have loads of them. I have deleted and reinstalled but still the same issue!!!!!

The app crashes with every transaction, even for something as simple as airtime purchases. What’s the point of the app if I can’t use it? I’ve called customer service and sent email after email, but nothing has been resolved.

Access bank app is the sleekest and smoothest bank app experience in Nigeria. No other comes close. Access bank got it right!

I must say this new app is a great masterpiece. Damn Access bank 3.0 is a banger. Nice app and bravo to the community. Access bank for life 😊

This app crashes when I need to make a transaction. I saw a similar review from someone that dates far back 2 years ago and I was hoping it’d be fixed.
