Just stays loading on “register” after selecting a time zone. Everything done correctly, have restarted my app and my phone, just won’t work.

App is quite difficult to use. When I search for counsellor, only three appear. You cannot book any in person appointments on the app, and as for video call or chat appointments, there is only the one counsellor available to choose (who isn’t available for 3 weeks) and the other two who appear on the phone call options, also have a long waiting period. But confused as when you log in online, more options come up. For those having trouble with the app recognising their organisation - you have to use your work email.

This App is killing me. It does not recognise the organisation I work for and there are probably 20,000 people working for it. Really annoying and makes me want to delete it immediately

Tried logging in with ‘Sign In with Apple’ and it says invalid login credentials...
