Ace Trace - Shot Tracker

I love this app soooo much! The autotrack is impressive! The manual features are great, (very intuitive) easy to use quick, and SO MUCH fun! New features often… ONE THING I NEED IS THE ABILITY TO SAVE IN A SPECIFIC ALBUM, it saves after date the original video is created and I makes it hard to find the video again in a “crowded foto album” I would love a Mac version just so you could fine tune on a bigger screen….

The app itself is actually great and easy to use. But im not playing a subscription fee for one feature. Please make it a one time purchase and way cheaper! ☺️

I had canceled my subscription a while back and I guess they raised the prices since then. I recall paying maybe $15 for a year. Now I created a video and in order to save it I had to get a subscription. I thought oh $3/month isn’t bad and bought it not realizing it was charged annually. So that was annoying but whatever my bad for not reading it. But now I can’t even use the same effects that worked on the first video on subsequent ones because I got the silver package. Well why did the first video work? Pretty slimy and I would like my money back. Wouldn’t mind paying for gold if charged monthly so make that an option and stop trying to trick people

This app is honestly pretty good… for vertical videos. I paid the $40 for a year subscription and found out after it only edits vertical videos. I put a horizontal video in the app, which automatically crops it, but I can’t control how it is cropped. The app also crashed on the 4th video I edited, and I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I will try using my M1 iPad to see if I have better results. I was hoping to use this for YouTube videos, but sadly won’t be able to. It could be a good app with that. I love the options for editing the shot tracer line, and it is one of the best phone shot tracer apps I’ve seen despite that.

I’ve tested multiple tracers and this is by far the easiest to use. I manually draw the curves for the tracer and it’s so simple. The hang time and acceleration match a golf shot very well! Great app!

I love tracing my shots with this app! I haven’t used the auto tracer much as I’d rather do it manually, but overall a great app! Only flaw I’ve noticed is it does crash sometime, but it always saves my work and opens right where I left off.

I’ve tried 7 or 8 different videos all with white balls, some with different angles, lighting, etc. and not a single one was accurately tracked and some weren’t tracked at all.

Once you get the hang of using it manually. You can’t ask for a better swing tracer.
