As soon I I updated to iOS 15 I had many problems with the app, every time I would try to connect to my lighter BT it would not work and then randomly it would connect but only for like 5 seconds then it would disconnect. I don’t know if this is just me or it’s multiple people but it needs to be fixed. Note before iOS 15 it was working fine and it was actually connecting and it stayed connected.
I have to get a review for this?
I got the chronograph and downloaded the app immediately. I had high hopes but it fell just a bit short. The chronograph and the app work the way it should until it gets to the foot pounds column. Foot pounds work correctly on the chronograph but are no where correct on the app. All the inputs on the chronograph and iPhone are correct. There is a glitch in the app. If I can’t get it straightened out it will have to go back. I talked to the company in Taiwan with little help. It’s a shame it would have done exactly what I needed it to do. But unfortunately fell short.
The app keeps saying installing firmware update and it never progresses.
Others are saying that leaving a review will make the app work better. So I’m leaving a review in hopes that it will make it more reliable

Device keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth app. I would like to see an update addressing this issue.
Tracer is great,works excellent with red bbs. However whatever I do I can’t get it to pair with phone, or Tablet.. not a big deal since have better chrono’s. But it would be nice as advertised.
I really like The BT tracer unit For all it does it’s well worth the money when it stays connected via Bluetooth to my phone it tends to disconnect when I try to speed run my gun I’ve got it to work and stay connected at times but it tends to disconnect right in the middle of the clip I lose all speed data and wast about 200 BBs almost every time not really a big deal more frustrating than anything If you didn’t have the disconnect issues I’d give you five stars if you can fix the Connection issues you will have a awesome product. as for the tracer unit I haven’t had any problems it always works and never shut off at least I haven’t had it shut off or not function right that part seems to work perfect
The actual tracer function works well but when I use the app to chrono it won’t hold a connection unless I hold my phone directly on the tracer.
