so now you have to pay a monthly subscription if you have more than 100 items in your closet or else you can't even use the app... so disappointing since it took such a long time to take photos of your whole closet... very upset

Outside of the AI styler, everything about this app works exactly as you would need it to. But the AI styler continuously recommends incredibly poor combinations like flip flops with chinos and a button up for a date. And then it’ll list it as “smart casual”. If they fix the ai the app would be perfect

I miss and loved when the app was free :/ I understand to sustain the app they needed to charge people, but I think it's too expensive. I have been using the app since around 2020/21 so over the years i've accumulated a lot of clothing pieces. Now i cannot add anything or make any changes without subscribing to the premium plan because I already have 500 items on there. I feel like my years using the app were wasted and I think it would be more reasonable if they charged like $5 a month instead of $10 or instead of a subscription you just pay a one time fee for a lifetime of use. I loved this app for years but stopped using it because I was so disappointed.

Want to love it but it’s amateur hour over here. The packing function resets the date to the current date no matter how often you try to update it or delete a trip to make a new one. For those of us who travel for work a lot this makes the app pretty useless. Also frustrating that there’s no customer service email or contact, just a Google form they ask you to fill out with no space to actually describe the issue you’re having, you just submit the Google form into a black hole and never hear back. Had I known, I would not have spent any money on this app.

I will admit there are a bunch of really nice and useful features this closet app has over others I’ve used, but I will be moving to another one. They have now started to limit the free version to only 100 pieces which is so annoying. They keep it “free” in the App Store to entice you then charge mandatory in app purchases. Just give me ads to make up for revenue or charge a one time fee straight away. I do think your product is good enough but definitely not for a subscription. Very disappointing.

It’s such a good app and makes my style better and better!

This app has honestly changed the way I feel about my wardrobe choices but in the best way possible, totally recommend if ur a person who's a little insecure about your clothing style.

This has to be one of the coolest apps I have ever gotten. All you have to do is take the photo of your clothes and it puts in all the information for you. You can create your own outfits in app and it even has a packing option which is great considering the fact I travel a lot. This is the first closet app I have tried out but I genuinely don’t feel the need to look for any more after getting this one. This has to be the best free app I have tried out and it doesn’t require much brainpower at all. The AI Styling can be a bit interesting but I just ignore it and focus on styling myself which is still a pretty great function. I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone.

The editing and background removal features for photos are the more functional than any other app I’ve tried (and I’ve tried them all). Also has the most features like ai styling and clothing analysis without paying additional. Great app!
