ACR Product App

There is no tech support and the app does nothing.

I agree with the other reviews. Not worth the effort.

It certainly is not finding my device (V5 with AIS and RLS). It seems to do nothing. The manuals tab does not even work.

The app is absolutely worthless. It does not connect to the PLB via NFC. No user manual. What a disappointment. What does that say about the quality and reliability of their devices?

The IPhone NFC won’t pick up the beacon’s data.

There’s no instructions. A connect button that does not connect w the Epirb. Step by step instructions would help

I was told some nonsense about merging accounts, and to create a new account so the ACR app would work. Sounded nonsensical to me

Worthless. How can anyone trust ACR Acrartex Ocean Signal with lifesaving devices if they publish an app this poorly designed. Take it down until tested and usable.

App needs a lot of work. Font is in ACR yellow on a white background, hence very hard to read. Manuals button doesn’t do anything. Test either doesn’t work or not intuitive enough to do. No help built in.

I’m having serious concerns about this MOB device. Can’t reach tech support, the device comes with no instructions, their website has issues, and this app does NOT work. Would you trust the AIS Link MOB device with your life???
