Don’t purchase in-app upgrade!
Downloaded the app. It looks good. Purchased the upgrade in app. Received the receipt from App Store. But the app remained the same - no upgrade applied. Keeps asking me to buy it again. Is this a con? Sent message asking for support at 11.20am, 27th November 2017. I’ll keep this updated with the results. Fingers crossed. 28th November Received email asking me to contact them through the app. There is no way to contact them through the app. It just bounces you to the home website that I initially contacted the, through. Either they are incompetent or this is a con. AVOID AVOID AVOID. How do I get a refund? Paid for something that has not been delivered. Will keep this updated.
