Acti integrates with the Health app to read data about your workouts, such as the time period, distance covered, and energy burned, which is automatically added to Acti's calendar.
The app also lets you sync its internal calendar with the Calendar app.
Your location data is kept private on your device with Acti, as the app does not share this information with any third parties.
