The exercises so help you to warm up your vocal cords. After a session your voice changes greatly to a deeper and a more soothing one. It also helps before singing.

These activities continue to increase my awareness and point my attention to where I’m ‘doing’ rather than allowing my whole system to voice whatever I’m working in. It’s the portable practice session that gives me instant feedback and allows me to work on ‘what’s up’ in my voice as well as giving me a compact workout. It’s a great check up whether I’m preparing to sing, speak with a live or online group (and one-to-one) or record a voiceover. Basic consonant and vowel exercises lazy mouths forget. The difference between pros and those who want to be: investment. Nothing too basic to practice.
