Activations: Daily Motivation

This app is SO amazing and unique. Truly helps you become the best version of yourself. Love it and recommend it to everyone! I have tried other well known meditation apps before but this is the one for me for sure.

I downloaded this app for a free trial over a year ago, and I was immediately hooked. I listen nearly every day, usually several times each day. I love that there are so many options to play during any moment of life. I have my favorite go-to activations, and I’m discovering new ones all the time. I recommend this app to everyone in my life. It has been so transformative and has helped me continue to level up my life.

I listened to my first superhuman activation when Almost30 Podcast shared a free listen to “Become Your Magnetic Future Self” in March 2024. Then Mimi shared “Manifest $100,000” on her podcast. I listened to both constantly for the past 6 months and it took be that long to finally make the decision to invest in this app. I can tell you it is truly a wonderful app full of variety and great content! This has truly allowed me to shift my limiting beliefs and let go of resistance to becoming my future self. I literally don’t listen to anything else right now because my brain loves to listen to what my future self feels like. I hope Mimi releases more journal activations that are 10-15 minutes long! Love this app!

I heard of this app when Mimi was a guest on the Almost 30 Podcast. I immediately downloaded the app and haven’t stopped using it sense! It’s truly a life changing experience using the activations everyday. I love the variations of activations. I’ve recommend this app to all of my friends. I highly recommend it you won’t regret it!

I love it! But I can’t use it. Here is why: the woman’s voice is absolutely fine for other teens and 20 yr olds- but most of us aren’t in those age brackets. As another reviewer said, 22 yr old’s don’t have a lot of credibility yet- *especially* when it has to do with living life. The solution- if you all don’t want to hire someone over 38, which is my first rec, is for the narrator to see the movie, In a World. Thankfully she isn’t as bad as a squeaky toy, but sounding wiser/more mature is possible- actors do it everyday.

I’ve been a Superhuman subscriber for almost a year and have incorporated the activations into my daily routine with ease! It’s the BEST gift I have given myself! The activations set me up for success every morning and others help me to reflect on my day/week and provide great motivation to keep heading in a positive direction! I even bought a subscription for my 25 y/o daughter!! She loves it!!

I have meditated for years but have never found something this unique. I enjoy the diversity of the meditations and the many options. I also enjoy that many of them are not extremely long, which gives me space to try several in one day. If you allow this app to touch your heart, it will. Try going into it without pre-determined ideas or expectations. It is a really innovative and advanced way to spread love and positivity into the minds of others. I’m not sure I will pay the $30 per month, but have thoroughly enjoyed my free trial, so am considering it. I have recommended this app to many people who are also enjoying it, and will continue to utilize these beautiful tools throughout the duration of my trial period. Thanks for this ❤️

While using this app during the 14-day trial period I noticed that there were moments when I would suddenly become aware that I was in a negative thought cycle (that pesky inner critic). I have meditated for several years but have never encountered heightened moments of awareness quite like this. I think when you feed yourself a soundtrack of positive and uplifting thoughts and embodiment it really does change your brain. I am now a subscriber. Also during my first few weeks I contacted customer support several times with questions and feedback. Their response was always prompt, polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this program.

I’m loving the app and all the activations, especially the affirmation-based ones. The music really makes such a difference compared to other meditations I’ve tried. And I love that they have music for all moods, there is always something that I can put on!
