Updated my personal details and now My name seems to be 'null' and 'null'. What a joke

This app is not very user friendly nor does it cater well for global users. Cosmetically outdated and functionally poor!

One of the worst apps I have come across in a long time. When you try and do a search then the server is mostly unavailable. For any useful info the app reverts back to a webpage in any event so there is no need to upload the app.

Signed up and paid for two events for three people. One event in March and the other one in November. March event got canceled, so they put it towards the same exact event in November. Now I’m double booked and paid for the same event. I tried contacting them, but nothing worked to get a refund from the canceled event. I would just be cautious when purchasing from this app or website..

Honestly, do not sign up for this. You can just look at each race by googling races in your local town because they will charge you $90 and just take it out of your bank if you sign up through them and pay for all your tickets to a race a month later you’ll be charged another $90 to have this app so just go to the race site.

When did this app move to kids camps? It does not let me filter by age. I’ve not been able to find a single running race, which is the reason I paid for this in ten first place.

Attempting to reset password , doesn’t send a link, absolutely no one to contact for help

This app does not appear to do anything useful. Results do not populate. Listings are incomplete, and date information is not clearly display editing. Updates made to the account do not hold — guess I will go back to using the website, even though it’s pretty awful as well.

Maybe it’s where I live (Long Island) but the app shows no upcoming 5ks within 25 miles of me. However when I use a popular search website I get dozens. So tell me again why I need this app?

I cannot believe race event organizers still use Active. The system is completely Web 1.0 and needs massive work.
