This is a very well organized app for women’s. Recipes on the app are written to the point so anyone can follow to make menu. Also all of the recipes are very healthy. This app will help so many women’s all over the world. Give a big thumb ups for this app.

Was very excited to see an app that is dedicated to providing recipes to women based around their cycle. I have PMDD, and I’m always conscious about my nutrition throughout the month to help symptoms. Very disappointed that there is no way to filter out any allergens. My daughter is allergic to nuts, and I am allergic to nightshades. Hopefully this important feature is added someday!

They recommend what food will give you the best nutrients for where you are in your cycle AND compiles a grocery list AND helps walk you through the recipe. Makes it easy to plan using AI cycle syncing and meal prepping ahead to stick to your goals! :)

I love that this app allows you to sync your cycle (coming from myself who struggles with pcos and my cycles can be so irregular) it also provides us with so many different healthy and yummy recipes along with what groceries you need! It’s so easy to use and navigate and the fact that it’s made specifically for women and our health is just substantial! This is a 5 star app for-sure! Can’t wait to try out all the different recipes and keep my health on check!
