For the past few days, I have tried numerous times to login. The spinning wheel has become more common. I wish everything could be done from one app. This is becoming more of an inconvenience, and there is no 24 hour support, unless your card is lost or stolen. I hope this process improves soon.
I gave 5 stars for when the sign in screen works. 0 stars for when the sign on screen says sorry can’t process at this time (I summarized the msg). To work around this I deleted the app and reinstalled. Others have mentioned this before.
Since updating to ios16 I’ve been having issues with notifications
I am glad to try the ACU Wallet. It is convenient and keeps track of purchases and up-to-date balance.
Download app to try to check it out. Typed in card number on 2 cards and app would not recognize card issue by them. So I gave up. Too much effort like this review.
Having to delete and download app again. Tried to use touch and says update sorry can not process request at this time. Try again later. When trying to log in without Touch ID says 5e username and password is wrong. I tried to use the forgot password and app says email reset code 5 times before actually sending one over two days. Hopefully I can enjoy the app again. Never a problem with the main acuonline app.

Great speedy app with all the information I need, but I have to reset Face ID way too often Please fix this, now I have to reset Face ID after every use. Why do you bother to have Face ID, every time you use the app it won’t engage it. I’m sure I’m not the only one that complains. Fix it already, it’s not rocket science
This is a good app, but it would be better if I could ever get into it. I’ve been able to see my card and things very few times when I’ve signed in since it always seems to tell me “sorry, we’re unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” whenever I try. Have had to uninstall and reinstall a few times.
This app is great let’s you know every time your card is used and save grades
