CAN’T LOGIN BECAUSE OF LOADING SCREEN! I.T TEAM DO BETTER

I’ve been a member for 30 years, but the app and the online banking website haven’t been working for at least 2 weeks and it’s to the point where it’s time to switch to another bank. I can’t access my accounts. If you call them, their system is down. If you’re lucky, you can get onto the website or app for a couple minutes at best. I can’t pay my Addition Financial credit card bill because it stops working before I can make the transfer. Completely unacceptable for a bank. Seriously concerning when you can’t access your accounts.

Hoping you guys to have zelle so its more easier to transfer money from other banks, or get paid!

Why not for the iPhone 13 I can’t take a picture to deposit a check? I’ve called support and they didn’t help much, the bottom tab only says “account, bill pay, transfers, profile”

Horrible application. Every single time I have to password reset my account. I have used a password manager for year's so I know what my password is. Half the time I have to call to reset it now. They keep telling me they don't know what is wrong. I live out of state so I can't go in person. If I use shared branching they charge me $5 per transaction. Definitely not the credit union I remember.

All it does is spin, can never get on to check my balance. If I could give a 0 for this app, I would! No other app does this, but this one.

Terribly inconsistent app, some days you’re in after a delay, and some days it keeps thinking until it times out and gives you an error message and a phone number. It’s not my connection, it’s not my wifi, every other site loads just fine. Frustrating that I can’t manage my money remotely.

My app keeps crashing everytime I’m trying to sign in, All I’m trying to do is pay my bill 🙄

Addition financial is great!! I have been with them for years!! I would keep using addition financial!!

I signed up for the app because I don’t have a branch close to where I live. With my debit card I have access to pay bills online and to make check deposits through the app. I am notified of my balance daily. I am also notified immediately of any charges I make using the debit card. This is so convenient.
