The problem with AFC is the clubs attitude that there is nothing wrong. I don’t blame the players or coaches it goes much deeper it comes down to recruiters and list managers, if you don’t understand that the center is where the game starts and it’s the crucial place to recruit for then you should not be a recruiter or list manager stoppage is where games are won or lost. The best forwards in the competition can’t kick goals if the supply isn’t there please wake up.

Therefore it's extremely frustrating

I’m very disappointed in the crows performance their skill level is poor and they seem to lack direction. We are 5 goals behind in the last quarter and we still go around the boundary what sort of direction are the players getting from the coach. Skill level is poor the club wants us to keep being members and pay out our money well how about the coaching and recruitment staff earning their money. I don’t believe we have the talent to make the finals again this year. I’m seriously considering whether I renew my membership next year Peter Wauer
