Poor app, kicks you out and makes you log in again, allows you to set up a pin then never lets you use it as it forgets you set up pin! Pretty basic when you do get in. Cmon Adey, great filters but rubbish app.

App constantly crashes while using it. Poor customer service when I report issues. Little to no response.

There are a lot better filters out there for cheaper, ADEY don’t look after their installers

I won’t fit any other type of filter as nothing works as well as a Magnaclean but the app is a complete nightmare. Password and PIN number twice to get in, then it constantly crashes or needs reinstalling. The points per product are a complete joke, spend 7 grand on filters and get a jacket, great. Still advertising a 2018 diary on the rewards page 😂. Customer loyalty needs a complete rethink, £5 credit per registered warranty would be reasonable, then get some gifts worth ordering.

Ur app is absolutely rubbish, does not confirm properly that it’s been registered. I am a installer and promote ADEY products, especially I fit ADEY filters, I don’t get no rewards. I really hate the company for not appreciating the loyalty of there customer. I really luv the products, but get no loyalty. I want u to call me as a matter of urgency. 07974751668 thanks Bhavesh

Products easy to install and service. Our most preferred choice of filters. Now simple to register customer and warranty’s with this App in seconds. Thanks ADEY 👍🏻

So far my best number 1 brand of filter. Very high quality filters with ease of installation. The app could do with some improvements as seems to crash and freeze often. Recently has been improved but still lacks that slight bit. Overall enjoy using the app for info and rewards.

Hi the App has got a lot simpler. Easy to use now and record installs. Good for service reminders.
