Often someone who has ADHD can think better and stay on task longer if there is some white noise in her surroundings—maybe softly playing music, a fan in the corner, or the hum from an overhead air vent. So far, researchers have found benefits for those with inattention but not impulsivity, but the benefits of white noise don’t continue when it is no longer present. In the real world, people cannot control the sounds that surround them throughout the day. Although researchers are exploring whether white noise may provide complementary support for some people with inattentive ADHD, the evidence is inconclusive.

Restore not working
Got a new phone and had to restore. But, restore button doesn’t do anything
AWSOME
This app is amazing and really puts me to sleep, I don’t have adhd but it is really good to help me sleep. The different types of noise is really helpful. Best app for sleep

White noise helps calm my mind down!
I love this app
I have a huge struggle with ADHD and the 5000 thoughts going through my head, but the green and brown noise shut up all the thoughts in my head. It was amazing! I could actually focus for once in my life and my brain was not all over the place like usual.
Brown noise
It does what it's supposed to do without interruptions. I connect my phone to my Bluetooth speakers and it makes it a bit more dense, which I like better.
Dark Mode is Paywalled?
Why would you paywall dark mode on an app? Immediate turn off. So much of this is paywalled, yuck.
I like this app but...
Ok. So hi to everyone reading this! I encourage you to get this app but first, listen to this review. This app is pretty good but first of all why pay money when you just want to sleep? I mean it’s quite annoying! I mean I am quite broke and I still want to try the sounds but I can’t. Second, is this app only for people with 80HD? Or is that just the name of the app? Last, I like this app. It’s not bad. You should try it! Ok, byeeee
Green White Noise
Is very restful - softness for my brain.
Irritating
I downloaded this hoping it would help with my ADHD, but unfortunately the sound loops every couple of seconds and that break in the loop is super irritating
