Been trying for 2 days trying to connect to Bluetooth on iPhone, iPad and it will not connect so frustrating

If you use the app via your iPhone and do a quick run nothing comes up to pause or stop the run, therefore the data never saves.

The app works if you just hit quick start. The treadmill recognises it, but you basically are at the mercy of the app as to what programme you can do. Would be great to be able to input your own, simple, programme, but the app has other ideas. Simple interface, but definitely not user friendly. Could be a good app, but as it is, its poor

It won’t load any preset programmes from the app, so if I do them from the treadmill panel I have no stats or record. Really disappointed. Also when I connect my equipment it is now saying it is a magnetic bike, which it is definitely not !!! Please please sort this

App just doesn’t work which effectively means a cx21 bike is not fit for purpose as it won’t measure watts on the apps it can connect to and can’t even load up the sort of pre set programs you’d get built in with a cheaper better bike - avoid avoid avoid

I absolutely love my treadmill and the app was an added bonus, except it does not work! If you do a free quick start run, most of the time it will actually track that run etc and show you laps on your screen. However, if you try and run any of the pre-configured programmes it loads the time into the treadmill and then does not actually start or move from a loading screen. Such a shame as I’ve managed to work it by a fluke once and it did the auto incline and speed etc but never again. PLEASE sort this out.
