The old version of the App was more user friendly. It showed the account numbers when paying bills where this version where you may have multiples of same payer but different account numbers can only be seen when looking at the payees and not when actually going to pay bills which is very inconvenient and confusing. Also the older version showed pending transactions either going out or being received much better than current version. Please consider fixing these issues in next update. Thank you.

This app update is awful. The app wasn’t great to begin with, but good grief. So disappointing.

They added more aesthetic features but being able to log in with Face ID or being able to view the amount in your account without logging in is gone. The least they could do is keep the features that made the app more likable. It also keeps my location open if I don’t actively close the app.

They unfortunately fell behind in updating their app, leaving Face ID broken when iOS 17 rolled out. To our surprise, they placed the blame squarely on Apple's shoulders. Even more disheartening, the mobile deposit function is now malfunctioning, consistently generating errors while reading check account information. It's almost as if they've mastered the art of deflecting responsibility. Here's hoping they can rectify these issues soon.

Nothing can ever be easy when banking with adventure

everything about the app is great except with the last update, the mobile deposit feature for checks got significantly harder to use. it rarely takes the picture automatically and i usually have to struggle with it until it offers to allow me to take the picture manually. not as good as it used to be.

I’m a contract worker and get a check or two in the mail each month. This app saves me a trip to the ATM to deposit it. It isn’t hard to set up for my own login credentials and has been reliable for several years, so I’m pleased with it.

The mobile deposit NEVER works and is the reason I will probably switch banks. Seriously fix this.
