Constant problems logging on.Have to constantly reset phone to log on.Format lacking,not as good as Raymond James .

The AdviceWorks app is functional but falls short of its potential. While it allows clients to link accounts and upload documents, it lacks key features available in the web browser version. Being unable to organize accounts, review cash flows, and other important financial tools in the app is a significant pain point for my clients. Most of them end up bypassing the app altogether and using their mobile browsers, which is not ideal and detracts from the overall experience. If these features were integrated, the app would be far more useful, and my clients wouldn't be tempted to switch to better budgeting apps.

Since the most recent update the App crashes on me every 2nd time I open it & I have to delete & te- install, painful

If you could get this in landscape mode this would be a big help. A lot of us probably use a tablet of some sort and having to turn it upright is not very practical. Otherwise, it is a very good app.

Constant need to synchronize accounts manually. Accounts constantly need external re-authentication. It’s maddening and not sure of how this service provides any value as is. Interesting client facing app to say the least.

No daily gain/loss information is available via this app, it only has total gain/loss over the life of the holdings which makes it hard to track the market. Also there is no log of new trades.

Please enable iPad landscape mode so I can use my Magic Keyboard while using the app. thanks!

A great way to access my accounts and documents!

Cetera's Adviceworks has really upgraded my financial tracking experience with Cetera! With a seamless interface, I can effortlessly check my account balances and conveniently view/upload documents directly from my phone. It's a game-changer for staying on top of my finances and communicating with my Financial Advisor. I look forward to additional features in the future!
