The Facebook provider icon couldn’t work. Please fix.

I dowloaded it to my iPhone and as requested entered my email to start. Then the wheel started turning and nothing happened for at least 10 minutes. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, entered my email again this time accepting all notifications. And again a never ending waiting loop Weeks later I tried again-same problem. Why is this piece of defective software still on AppStore?

Points and challenges no longer work with only a generic error saying “Couldn’t load challenges”

I hope you guys are working on the app to make the iPad

The app is simple enough to install, however there is so much content crammed into app it is difficult to navigate - very busy

App blank when i log in… no activities showing even though I have plenty in my account!

I HATE this app. I get a recurring message “ You can’t access this hub at this time.” I go to the bank for help. No one there knows how to solve the problem. GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

I’ve tried logging into this app multiple times and every time I login it starts me off as if I’ve logged in for the first time even though I’ve use this app successfully for the last few months with no problem. The app does not provide an easy way to get in touch with the maintainers of this application nor does it seem to work properly. Very disappointing as this was once a very reliable app.

Not sure what is going on but I have been trying for weeks now to get into the app. As soon as I get on the page I needs, it crashes. Please HELP!!!

The notifications on the app badge on my home screen is not going down even tho I complete the challenges. I’ve done all the preliminary steps to try to resolve this - turned the badge off and then back on in settings, restarted my phone, tried to update the app, etc. It’s frustrating to see the badge number there every time I look at my phone.
