A&E Logistics

I delivered a load for A&E logistic it’s been one month and they still have not paid me for my service I call. I text my email and nobody seems to get back in touch with me for a whole month. I’ve been waiting for my payment instead can’t receive anything. They’re bad for business.

These guys are not very professional, they do not pay you for your loads on time. I’ve waited for months to get paid.

I'm not sure if it’s the app or if it's A&E, but the chances of you landing the loads offered are slim to none. I have only received 2 loads from them since April 2024, even though you’ll see several offers throughout the day the rarely respond. Don't bother adding them to your insurance certificate

Unbelievably irresponsible not responsive, heartless, unfair, unprofessional, do never pay owner operators on time. If you are not sure, try working with them and you will see with your own eyes.

This Pakistan company are a scammer. I do not care what people say do not work for them unless you like to work for free

We have worked with several different logistic load companies in the past. The expertise we had with our first run with A&E was truly the best first impression we have ever had. There was thorough instructions, 40% of load bid was paid after picking up the load (this is a huge plus in my eyes), pick up and drop off were smoothly executed, professional and efficient communication from beginning to end. I’m looking forward to a solid partnership where I feel appreciated and rewarded for a job well done!!

THIS IS TERRIBLE. If I can rate no stars, I would. This company was great initially. I have done more than a dozen loads for them, their payout was manageable. I recently did a great review on them because they asked me to. Once after I did the review, then I delivered two orders for them, I haven’t heard from them, nor have I received my payouts. The deliveries were completed mid September. Every time I email them, they are crickets. And when I call them, they either tell me that they will take care of it tomorrow or the accounting is close today, we’ll take care of it tomorrow. Good thing there’s a lot of tomorrows. Im just running out of patience and may take them to small claims if I don’t get my payout soon. This is TERRIBLE..

Look the app looks good they offered you okay rates but even if you choose to get quick pay they take forever to pay… I have been sending emails, calling and texting I’m on my 3rd week and still don’t see my money. Luckily I saw a post about this issue on a facebook group so I only did one trip with them and I’m so glad because I can’t imagine if the owed me more money. This is so sad please if you looking for carriers don’t work with these people

Please Please don’t work for the company at all. They are a scam. You will not get paid at all. It’s been 42 days since I delivered two loads for them still no payment. This company is horrible and needs to be shut down and kicked out of the trucking industry ASAP.
