Does not work
App is useless. Keeps stating enter a valid email to log in. Go to website, log in works fine.
No link to Retiready in latest update ?
The previous app versions linked from the Aegon app to Retiready portal without requirement to log in again. This doesn’t seem be since yesterday’s update?
Can’t even login
Tells me my password is wrong.
Basic
Really basic app with very limited functionality or content. Disappointing considering the value of investments people have 🫤
Unbelievable
With so much money in one organisation, one would expect that the app works flawlessly. It does not. It is unbelievable that in 2024 this app is one of the worst available from an organisation that holds so much money. It leads me to question if I should put my pension elsewhere since they can’t even develop a basic app…
Refuses to log me in
I have an account and can log in on the browser but the app immediately signs me out - absolutely awful app!!

Shame you can’t link other Aegonse pensions and it doesn’t seem to update as quickly as the website. But otherwise ok.
Can’t be used with an ARC pension
even for the part visible in retireready online.. so useless for anyone with that product.
Not working
As much as I try to log in it just doesn’t work. Saying keep trying? Not just me but all my work colleagues facing same app which doesn’t work
