Download the app so you can:
• Plan your trip, scan your boarding pass or search for your flight, destination or airline directly (trace your flight up to 2 weeks in advance).
• Receive real-time notifications and custom offers: terminal of arrival or departure, check-in desk, departure gate, baggage claim, discount coupons, etc.
• Detailed maps of the airport: security and passport filters and controls, restaurants, cafés, shops, car hire, etc.
• Move around the airport calculating routes from one point to another with the AenaMaps service. Available at A.S. Madrid-Barajas, J.T.Barcelona-El Prat, Málaga-Costa del Sol and Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández
• Request PRM services directly from the App.
• Book or purchase Parking services, VIP Lounges, Fast Track or Fast Lane and Meet&Assist.

Hi AENA, there’s one thing which can make life of all passengers arriving to Barcelona airport better. It is very easy to do. Moreover- it must be done, once and forever. And it is easy. Currently your tableau upon arrival sorted by unknown principle. In other airports of the word it is easy to find the flight, because it is sorted in alphabetical order, A-Z, by destination. So it will be Aston, Berlin, Chicago, … London, Roma, Zagreb. Like that.
Just send somebody to the area of luggage belts in BCN airport to find the belt where the luggage is. And you will I’m right. For humanity sake please change it in the way I ask. Thank you.
V2.3.6 app crash
Despite you said you fixed app shutdown immediately on startup - no ! App forced me to update to 2.3.6 and now it’s closes every time I open

System errors all the time. Not possible to access the app.

No funciona reservar i pagar, si no eres clienta club? la página web ponen escrito que a través app story puedes reservar i pagar de larga estancia, pero no es así !!!

Don't provide information about all airport facilities: e.g. it's impossible to find tax refund.
Trash app
Registered specifically for the Aena Club, but you can't log in. It always says "incorrect email or password". On the aena website, it works immediately with the same login details. Even changing the password multiple times didn't help.
Abzocke
Heute in der App Fast Lane beim Security Check gebucht, kam aber nicht durch weil ich kein qr Code bekam und sonst keine Bestätigung Email . Die Mitarbeiter von Aena am Flughfen Mallorca waren so Inkompetent und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit das es echt wütend macht. Fazit: das Geld ist weg und das gebuchte Service nicht erhalten . Danke für nichts.

Nur für spanisch und englisch sprechende Kunden.
Wurde auch schon vor einem Jahr kritisiert, interessiert wohl niemanden.
Face Recognizing Functionality not working
Face recognition functionality fails when scanning my passport (German). As this was the only reason for me to get the app, it has zero worth to me.
Zero information about strike 🤮🤮
Big strikes at Spanish airports on 5/6/7 January 2024. Huge delays, flights cancelled, constant gate changes, baggage lost. This app gave ZERO pre warning about the strike, so that passengers can prepare. And also ZERO information, so that passengers standing at the airports for hours can at least know what is going on. Horrible failure by Aena!!!! Typical for a state run company which cares zero about passengers.
