I wanted to download this app but can’t find any. Place that allows me to read English! How can I know what & where to go & do??? Not good!!!

Es lo unico que sale nada carga. This app never works. Errors and nothing else.

Beware: if you try to check in, the app blocks your check-in process at the Visa level. It doesn’t allow to proceed, even if your country doesn’t need a visa to enter. And the travel agency is unable to assist you, once the process is blocked.

It is unacceptable in 2024 for this App to not have English or Portuguese language support. Airplane apps are mostly useful for three things: 1. View the status of my trip 2. Online Check-in 3. View my boarding pass The app is terrible at all three: -in the ‘mis viajes’ section, I wasn’t able to view the status of my trip after completing online check-in (it worked fine before check-in). -Online check-in was clunky, as it threw some strange errors, which I think was related to the seat selection step. It took about 3 times before I could -After closing the app, I was unable to re-view the boarding pass in-app, or send it to my apple wallet

Es increíble q no se pueda utilizar el wallet de apple y solo a través de la app de aerolineas. Solo las aerolineas mediocres no son compatibles con la billeteras virtuales.

You gotta get a translation, like on the web page. Imposible to use without.

Pretty much the same thing every other reviewer is saying. Why aren’t you listening and fixing this app?

The absolute worst experience both of the app and the airline. Stay far and away, their system is absolutely in the 1990s and their records don’t update in real time.
