Aeropost

Mi paquete va camino a las 3 semanas en aduanas y no hacen nada por sacarlo de ahí. Tuve que insistir yo para que me dijeran cuanto debo pagar por impuestos, luego me mandaron un correo donde decía que debo pagar pero no pusieron ni cuenta ni monto, cuando volví a preguntar solo me dieron el número de cuenta pero no el monto ni el CCI porque yo tengo mi cuenta en otro banco, paso una semana para tener los datos completos y después de eso no respetaron su plazo de 2 días hábiles para sacar el paquete de aduanas. No me queda otra salida que ir con INDECOPI.

Una sorpresa que debo recoger paquete de tienda Aeropost y no indican la dirección. Siempre trajeron los paquetes a mi domicilio. Además no hay con quien reclamar o pedir información

The last update is amazing! Only thing I miss is when you have a ‘CREDIT’ this is nowhere to check in the app (nor in the web version). Suggestion: A beginning and ending balance could be added in the ‘payments’ section. Otherwise: Great Job!

Extremely buggy, doesn’t work all the time like right now as I’m making this review.

The packages view the dark menu at bottom blocks the circles for selecting other pages.

No especifican la dirección exacta de la sucursal donde se debe recoger el paquete. Y nunca hay alguien cn quien se pueda chatear

Can’t pay

While I enjoy using Aeropost because I have the convenience of being able to sit in my vehicle and wait for my packages and receive updates about my packages through my email and phone, the freight charges are still ridiculously high. It’s almost like you are double paying for your packages. Also, I am not sure if there’s an issue with inadequate staffing in Miami, but it’s taking to long most times for Aeropost to send me an alert that lets me know my package was received and also to apply charges to my package. And my packages are always pre-alerted.
