Works well when working but….
Constantly logging me out and updating every few days. Also having issues many time not showing clients, client info, not showing todays or other categories of clients. Issues alway happen to be in the middle of the day when i have clients waiting.
Love this App
I hear or see a lot of complaints about this app but for myself it works great! I had them set it up which was a little hard as I was just starting my own business so I didn’t know all the things I was going to offer etc.
They taught me how to use it. He was very knowledgeable, same rep every time which made it easy.
I have been using it for almost 2 years. Price is SOOOOO much cheaper than all the others and I find the charting super easy to do. I got an apple pen and just tap tap tap and I’m done. You can go back and find out who you forgot to cash out or if anyone hasn’t been charted on. There are so many tips and trick to make life easier with this app.
If you have any questions they are always back to you by email well before 24 hours. If they don’t understand what your asking they will get your to send a video and then tell you exactly what to do.
Highly recommend!!!
Issues
I constantly have to update or can’t continue . This happens almost everyday. I’ll be about to get my client to sign their consent form and it won’t let me continue without updating which can take forever to download. I have to continue treatment with no consent, which obviously puts me at risk. I agree with other reviews, if it wasn’t so hard to switch I would have left this program a long time ago.
Still having issues every week
Avoid this app. If it didn’t take 3 weeks to set or countless hours to switch somewhere else I would have left a long time ago.
I don’t understand how they have this rating!? My colleagues are having the same issues constantly- they must be altering the ratings feedback. They have issues globally ALL THE TIME!
Invalid Token error
Since update. I have been getting invalid token. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Works for a while then crashes again
Calendar is empty can’t pull up appointments
very unreliable
too many updates, absolutely do not like the new provider view . I have to keep going back in which is extra clicks!

This EMR has so many glitches. Frequent updates that are disruptive and result in lost client data-client notes, dot phrases etc. There really doesn’t seem to be any real changes with the “updates”. The inability to chart from the web version and only the app is a real issue. The support is only via chat-they often state “let me check into that” and they never get back to you. OR you wait for so long-check back several minutes later and they close the chat. Super frustrating. I have never received any follow back about something they were looking into. I stopped trying to take photos in the app and instead use my phone and load them into the app. Takes a lot more time but at least they don’t get lost. The inability to use a different pay source is also problematic. The app is not intuitive. Takes multiple steps to do things that could and should be an easy click. The list is long of the issues that this app has. I honestly wish I had never chosen this EMR. I now have a large client base and trying to move to a new platform is daunting after the hours and hours I spent building out this one. I have EMR PTSD from this program. I will say its one plus is the cost. However, that being said-spend the money-get a program that actually works for you and has responsive support.
This app has a long way to go
I’ve been using this app in my clinic for over a year. Here is my pro and con checklist for all aestheticians out there:
Pro:
1. Price $27/mo before add ons is pretty decent
2. Building memberships is easy and convenient
3. Writing client notes with each appointment block is great
4. The sticky note feature is great for setting client specific reminders
5. Catching the contact info of people who almost booked an appointment is awesome
6. On demand chat in help is nice and 100% necessary to understand this system
Cons:
1. Constant app updates (and I mean constant) the system forces you to update even when you are checking out clients.
2. Constant stripe updates that take 5-15 minutes every single time. And yes you must update the system when nudged to do so
3. When an update comes through the app can be all jumbled and items rearranged
4. There are no warnings when it comes to when you will need to update. It just happens
5. Paying $300 to learn the system is RIDICULOUS
6. Paying $300 for an enrollment fee is ridiculous
7. Client info and photos sometimes disappears
8. Clients that don’t pay within the membership are just kicked out without giving any notification to my practice
All in all the app has a long way to go. I feel trapped using this app as now all my clients and memberships are set up. This is hours and hours of work. Time I just do t have to dedicate to another system. I’d try out a few other systems before committing to this one.
Awful system
The amount of times that I can not access this program on my phone or iPad is absurd. Literally a new update on the mobile version nightly. Currently haven’t been able to access my patients or schedule - after updating YET again, no luck- deleting and redownloading the app, again, can not use it. This is the most infuriating system I’ve ever used in any office I’ve been associated with.
Too slow, and many… many errors messages!
There is always some wrong, missing or we are working on it reply when I try using the system. Very slow, and always something wrong.
