Someone just sent me $200 through Zelle and I have yet to receive it 😡😡 I thought that money comes faster when I use Zelle 🤔🤔 I should have had the person send me the money through CashApp instead. This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!

Like other reviewers for a while the app was telling me “Sorry try again later” instead of letting me log in. I deleted it and reinstalled it, and that fixed the issue

Got a code to verify a new card (old one was compromised so they shut it down) and it all seemed to work. It said it added the card to my wallet, all looked good, but it did not add the card. When I went back into the app, it now won’t open. I keep getting error messages. “Can not process at this time”. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, and got the same message. Useless. So much time wasted on the phone trying to resolve this issue and there are no hours on the weekend to work through this.

The app hardly ever works. It often displays the balance on your card as "N/A". Other times it doesn't even open the account at all. It's so annoying.

Since the last update, I can’t verify a card and when trying to, it wants to text or email my wife’s addresses and they are not even in my profile. It says they the AFCU app is not on my device. It is. It won’t recognize my other card. Update gets an “F-“. Tried to call the Service Center. I’m not waiting 15 minutes to talk with you.

Thank you developers for this almost seamless app. However, ever time you do an “update” I loose the quick glance option. This is time number 5??, I think. So the uninstall, reinstall only works when it wants to and that is a pain in the backside. If you can stop being mad at iOS that would be so cool. I want it to be the way it was in the beginning. Thank you.

Can someone please fix the glitch that forces my credit card and debit card displayed amounts to be replaced with N/A?!?! It is so frustrating. I take public transportation to and from work and sometimes the payment doesn't go through because I can’t tell how much is left on the card since I have a limit set. And the regular app doesn't display an accurate representation of my credit card balance. So this card app is all I have to gauge it. It has happened several times for no reason other than an occasional login issue on the apps end. Finally when I do get to login, the balances switch to N/A. Losing faith in this bank

Why download this app? You can’t even make payments on it. Definitely missed the mark on this one.

You can’t use your normal login and then when you try to sign up for this app nothing happens.
