Best way to start my day

After I read about positive thinking and affirmation tapes, I shopped around for a podcast or tape series to use. Josie’s Affirmation Pod is hands down the best I’ve found. I choose a podcast and little to it every morning on my commute — and I’ve really noticed an upswing in my positive mood, ability to handle stress, and success at work. Also, I just love that I can write in a suggestion for a future podcast, and Josie not only replies, she often creates a new podcast based on users’ suggestions. Her voice is soothing and strong. All around, getting Affirmation Pod has been a sound investment — in myself!
