It’s pretty repetitive. You do same things over and over again. Services are not adding much gameplay depth, you just managing settlers morale with it. Random events are too plain: why would I bother with eating dogs if it throws my morale into abyss? Fires and food poisoning happens so often that I stopped counting them as random at all. Spent a few hours in it, reached stone and advanced buildings, but found no point in it: now you just need to manage one more resource, yaay.
