Susah dan menyusahkan. 1) semua favourite acc (duit now transfer) yang dah save tiada dalam list apps ni / Not all favourite saved acc ada dalam apps ni compared to web site. 2) notification transfer to approved never received on this apps. Million times cuba tak pernah masuk notification. 3) it took my whole life to log in even sitting next to wifi router. And yes the connection was super good. Please, do something. Don’t let your customer ran away. Petani moden sekarang needs a working and reliable bank apps.

Call sebulan tiap tiap hari pun tak nak jawab call kalau begitu tak payah buat pusat panggilan tiap kali cakap byk orang call itu you bank punya pasal bukan kita !!!! Cakap boleh tulis whatapp atau Messenger sama jer !

Aku ada banyak akaun bank personal. Boleh aku katakan Agronet paling menyusahkan sebab sistem lock akaun online banking dia teruk. Kau silap sekali Password terus lock id. Setakat ni dah lebih 30 kali kena call center untuk buka id..bank lain contohnya maybank, bank islam, public, rakyat dan bsn bertahun takde masalah. Please lah perbaiki.aku dah naik meluat.
