I downloaded the app so that I can track my rewards only to find out that you need a PIN to access any info. The app asks for DOB and drivers license info, but still not enough without the PIN. There also seems to be no way to reset PIN online, so this app is pretty much useless until the next time I travel to the casino. Pretty lame.

Don’t waste your money , like the casino it does not even let you play and enjoy. Not like your winning money. Expensive and no play. Greedy Greedy Greedy

This app has some potential. The ability to log in to your ace club portal is great and with some work will be even better. The cardless connect is an awesome idea but has never worked and I have talked to a lot of people who say the same. Navigation through the app is just ok and could be streamlined to make it better. All in all though it’s better than most casino apps, and at least they even have one!

Nice clean casino beautiful sports bar!

Been having trouble for days now trying to open my messages within the app. When I click the envelope, each message is peaked by a couple words. When I click on a message to read all of it and claim my offers or freeplay, the app force closes. Very frustrating.

After numerous attempts, phone calls, etc. the app temporarily locked my IP address... i was told on the phone by the players club to wait a bit and try again. A day later i tried... same message... locked temporarily... frustrated.

I love Spa Resort! Very Laid Back Atmosphere And Kind Associates. I like the day's most when I'm winning! Great App too! I recommend it!!
