Waste of money
I bought this app several weeks ago hoping I could enjoy watching india movies and web series. The app is most of the time not reachable. It’s so annoying that I have to wait like 15+ min and sometimes forever for the app to load. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.
Very buggy
The app is very buggy on my iPad. Cannot pause, play and forward videos properly. The app itself is very laggy and does not offer decent user experience.
Content
I regret subscribing to this online platform. It has the most disastrous telugu content. Apart from one or two shows everything which is available on the content is worthless. The latest movie bhamakalapam which was released was utterly disappointing, logicless and senseless. I would recommend aha to release at least one or two quality content once in a while instead of displaying all the stupid contents in the ott.

Dear AHA team For 3 months I had a problem with my AHA annual subscription, so I want to escalate this issue to the AHA team. Since then, I was trying to contact the AHA customer care by call, by chat, by lot of emails, but no use. But luckily yesterday I got connected with a customer service agent called Sarayu/ Santhoshini Reddy Kasarla, where she helped me fix the issue by contacting the backend team, and now I got my subscription back. I would like to give 5 stars to Sarayu. But in terms of reaching customer care of AHA, and the email responses I can give zero ratings the AHA management. It took 3 months to reach you people. I highly apricate Sarayu/ Santhoshini Reddy for helping me and I can say this is the best customer appreciation I got from Aha. Best regards, Siva
App content navigation only in portrait mode
Content navigation is restricted to only portrait orientation. It’s very annoying as I use iPad mostly in landscape mode
Worst customer service
Money paid but no access. Trying for customer service from 3 days straight and no use.
Why can’t we stream in European region
Back in India I watched a lot of content through this app but when I moved back to germany couldn’t understand why I can’t see any.🤷🏻♂️ Hope this works here in germany as well 🥲

app is mot working with german mobile number logon, reported to customer care week ago no response. Amazon /netflix was far better than this
