Application often not working
I have paid for lifetime subscription, but application often crashed. Answer column is empty and nothing. Or sometimes it would just not working. Paid MYR 199 (USD 44).

-If a free trial is unused and a subscription is purchased, the remaining trial period will be forfeited if applicable.
-To cancel a free trial or subscription, turn off auto-renewal in iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. The cancellation takes effect the day after the current subscription ends, downgrading the user to the free service.
