Good but frustrating
Me: I need help with my addiction. I’ve tried many different types of therapy including DBT which haven’t helped. Deepen: DBT can help. Me: yes I already said I’ve tried it and it didn’t help. I get it that it’s not going to be perfect but almost every answer includes a statement about how professional therapy can help with my issues, which is too much. I mean come on, we’re using this app FOR therapy so it’s just stating the obvious.
