Hi I have tried several times to download the app for voice translation but every time it sits there saying it is waiting ... but nothing happens ??

Dont buy
10 minutes in and everything is horrible. Paired to wrong headset. Code will now not allow to pair correctly, as if 1 time use. Fiddled around with the translate part and every translation is wrong. Even on the incorrectly paired headset i have yet to hear a single verbal translation. I want my money back. Ive sent 3 ai assistant requests and not a single has been responded to, seemingly not Ai at all. Ive had faster responses from supermarket clerks that make minimum wage
Not to cool
This app does not work Likely a scam
No connectivity
My TWS wireless earphones linked to the AI account for one day and now it tells me I have an invalid binding code. So either someone needs to fix this issue or the next rating I give this app will be a 1 Star ONLY because I can’t give it a zero.
All hype, no delivery
The app won’t pair with my iPhone and allow for microphone input. Completely false advertising. Don’t bother with this one. The earbuds aren’t even worth a quarter of the price

What is the coins and energy points used for
Unable to bind to the Application
I, too am unable to “bind” the earbuds with the App after the first day. And, neither do I know about “coins” and “energy points”. The instructions do not help overcome the communication gap since they do not address the problem. I still hope there is some solution and I can make use of the product.
Would give ZERO stars if I could
Sorry guys, you may have a “cool” AI app but if all your support is in Chinese the app is not worth taking space on my phone. I’ll probably return the AI earbuds that use this app. Too bad because the idea of simultaneous translation sounded so cool. Oh well.
Won’t connect
The ear pieces will not connect to the app and there are no instructions!
AI bots binding code useless
I received this headset yesterday I have been trying to binding with my Bluetooth and is giving messages of failure it doesn’t send any mail with the code it’s frustrating after waiting almost a month after ordering this device received yesterday 12/24/24 and not working. Someone please get back to me with a response. It’s not fair to keep people money and not provide the service advertised. Hope I can get responses back soon.
