It’s hard to connect I worked for two hours and can’t connect , can anyone help

Sort of worked briefly then the earbuds unbound and the QR code to bind just wouldn’t work again. Essentially bricked them cause I didn’t buy them to play music. The delete account doesn’t work at all.

Can not bind them!!! Waste of money!!!

The first time I used my new ai cool they worked great but now I want to use the translation part for a second time and it won’t let me use the ai code again. I just states invalid code. And there are no instructions on how to fix it. So I’m kinda disappointed with them.

The App does not connect to headphones

I can’t get the ear buds to translate at all I don’t read Chinese so send instructions in English please.

It does not always pick up all of the words however it picks up enough that you can figure out what was said for some of the words that were missed or misinterpreted. As for everything being in Chinese on the app, you have to change it to your preferred language. I had my phone translate the terms of use and everything into English before I agreed to continue. Also, I like many other people thought that it would translate into my ear however, it does not. You have to download the app and it is put all on the phone screen. I guess that is the biggest disappointment.

I have tried thousands of times and I can't set up the account because they don't send the verification code

Waste of money

Code only useable once and it connected to something else other than the earbuds that wasn’t even connected to Bluetooth.
