Dental benefits and the chiropractor are solid!
App not functioning
Its been months since I have been able to log in. I thought it was because of an old device I had. Got a new one, and I still haven't been able to get in. Fix the app please!
WONT LET ME LOG IN
It’s been MONTHS. I’ve reset my password a hundred times and spent hours over the phone with customer support and it’s been no help. I’ve been trying to make a claim for months and I literally can’t because I can’t login. Whenever I log in it immediately logs me out and gives me this error message: “Sorry for the delay! We're currently experiencing technical difficulties related to our network servers and ask that you please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
Scam
Never use this insurance company. They signed me at one rate and have been charging me triple that rate for months.
You’re being scammed
Most pharmacies do not accept their coupons. You’re being scammed into buying life insurance by getting “free” benefits
Does not work, will not login
Browser login works just fine, seems like this app is a scam.
Tried to use the discount at Walgreens and it was a fail
What’s the point of having the options to choose to save at a location given by this app and traveled all the way to the Walgreens FOR NOTHING IT DID NOT WORK. Glory to God in Jesus name I had the money to pay for the medication in full but please if you say you have discounts please make sure they work.
Frustrated
I have been trying to use this app for almost two years. I just remembered it and tried to log in. I tried registering but it doesn’t tell me how to retrieve group and member ID. No number to contact anyone from my stand point. It’s annoying.

How do I set up all my info? This app makes no sense.
