Here's how it works:
Download the app and register through a few simple steps. You need to have access to your driver's license and BankID.
You must be at least 19 years old and have held a B-class driver's license for at least one year. Do you have a foreign driver's license? No problem! But it may take a couple of days before your account is approved.
Book the vehicle you want to use.
Unlock the vehicle with the app.
Minute rate, hourly rate, or daily rate. The price level adjusts automatically so you always get the most advantageous price.
If you have booked a car that is charging, unplug the charging cable and place it in the trunk.
When you're done with the car, park it in the garage you selected at the time of your booking.
You pay a portion of the amount directly at the time of booking and the remaining amount is deducted after the trip is completed via the bank card you registered in the app.

Tre chanser fick de. Första gången fick jag mail typ precis när jag skulle gå hämta bilen som säger att något fel har inträffat?! Så ingen bil. Andra gången gick jag dit och hittade aldrig bilen. Ringde kundtjänsten och fick svar att ojdå bilen var inte i just det garaget som jag skulle hämta den ifrån?! Tredje gången gick det bättre får man ändå säga. Men efteråt såg jag att de fakturerat mig fel belopp för trängskatt. Försökt ringa men kommer aldrig till nån riktig person att prata med. Mejlade flera ggr och ej svar i en månad. Tyvärr kommer de inte få fler chanser av mig i alla fall.
Opålitlig och oseriös tjänst
Aimo Share avbokade min bil 1 timme innan upphämtning. Därefter lämnades jag utan alternativ då kundtjänst inte svarade i telefon eller per mejl. Bilen hade jag bokat i god tid månaden innan för en resa över helgen. Otroligt opålitlig tjänst och oseriöst med en kundtjänst som finns på pappret men inte svarar. Hade jag läst recensionerna hade jag inte bokat bilen från första början.
Bra förutom att bilen bara hade 90 km laddning

Kia EV 6…. Bra musik men ingen nyckel
Försökte i 35 minuter att få igång en hyrning med en EV 6 utan framgång….blev inställd aktivitet för mig denna vårkväll och snopet cykla hemåt… kundtjänstpersonalen var det bästa med denna hyrupplevelsen. Verkligen inte bra av Aimo

Appen är långsam!!
Inte acceptabelt
Sunkiga & trasiga bilar. Ofta utan laddat batteri vilket du får information om via mail en timme före bokningen startar (dvs du behöver spendera första timmen på att ladda bilen och betala för det själv). Laddkabel saknas ofta. Hoppas på bättring för tjänsten har varit bra tidigare!
Aimo har gått ner sig
Aimo brukade vara fantastiskt: bra tillgänglighet, fräscha bilar, bra service. De senaste gångerna jag bokat bil har det varit flera fel: - en gång avbokade de 30min innan, utan att ge mer info - en gång fick jag en bil utan ström i batteriet Båda gångerna var det noll återkoppling från kundtjänsten. Trist - jag trodde verkligen på Aimo som koncept!
