One of the WORST experiences with this product: 1. Limits you to 9 pictures per upload unless you pay a subscription to upload on batches of 200 2. Does not detect external card if using MAC OS 3. Everything has to be uploaded from your phone and not from your computer. 4. I had pictures in google photo- I had to download to mac, upload to apple photos end export in small batches. SERIOUSLY try another less crappy option

If you are a picture person this frame is amazing! I find myself watching it instead of the TV. I can’t say enough good things!

I received my AiMor frame for Christmas last year and I absolutely love it. Pictures are easy to load and are clear for viewing. It’s great that family from miles away can add pictures for me. It is filling up with wonderful memories!

Good luck getting someone on the other end. Took 10 calls…when i finally reached someone they hung up on me. It says you can only upload 9-pictures at a time, but it will only allow me load 1 at a time. You have to pay an additional fee to upload more. You cant just share an album to view. App is horrible!

I love the idea of sharing pictures with my family. There are a couple in my family that have had nothing but problems with AiMOR but for me, it’s terrific. They would not be giving at the same rating. And they have a terrible time trying to get a hold of people to fix the problem.

Limiting the number of photos you can upload at a time UNLESS you pay for a subscription is extremely cheap. I would buy any other digital frame as a result.

I will not tell her about the issues because I love her too much but: - can’t find where to adjust the time settings anywhere on the app or the frame -can’t find where to adjust weather -can’t see ALL of the photos/videos on the frame on the app. -subscription? Is that what it takes to achieve all of this?

This is our second purchase for a grandparent. Simply wonderful!
