Very bad
Yesterday we have a fly from Male to Goa through Mumbai fly delayed on 9 hours 20 minutes AI 268 and 685 we slept on chairs like some bums while we had a paid hotel in Goa. There was no hotel, no internet, they didn’t even give water.

Worst app, you can’t check in through this app. Contact numbers are incorrect for some countries.

Worst for customer service in every department
My mother missed her flight from Amritsar.my mother was a wheel chair passenger at the check in desk because my mothers phone broke down she could not produce a boarding pass but the staff of air India was having none of it they waited and waited to check my mother who they told her to sort this out herself. During this time when they decided to check her in and take her to the boarding gate To my mothers shock they had closed the gate for her to Board on?? If this was the case why did air India check her luggage in? Which they didn’t?and why they told my mother you need to purchase another ticket? Sadly on that day my mother was stranded and luckily enough my cousin in India who dropped my mother off at the airport never left as he decided to have something to eat and spotted my mother in the terminal To her relief she was safe . I tried numerous times to contact air India but of no avail as there process of making a complaint or speaking to someone is non existent as I found out on the phone to air India.they told me to follow all this on there website Upto this day after nearly 3 months or more nobody from air India has picked up my complaint or dealt with this matter. Air India I hope many passengers you fly every year will have more confidence with you as me my mother and all the friends and family who fly with air India will not fly with you again.your complaints your customer your process online is pathetic you have no idea how it feels being or you think you are a leading airline who cares for there passengers and going out there way to help and advise?you have no clear process!and speaking to many other passengers they say the same problems For me and my mother we had to spend another £350 for a one way ticket to fly back home I really I have sent out a message to all passengers to avoid air India and book with airlines like Qatar emirates Etihad and many more who are simply better than AIR INDIA 👎
Most be ranked one of the worst airline
Even though taken over by the TATA group and expectations were high, there’s no change visible to date. Customer care is none existent and the planes are always late. The conditions of the fleet is still poor. I only fly with them due to lack of other airlines connections to Rajkot. Avoid this airline at any cost

Delayed flight
Flight delayed was not displayed on the Flight board at Heathrow airport. When it did display at 20:55 it showed departure time of 21:05 leaving passengers to rush to the gate which was the farthest.
Air India app and website.
No way to mention that there is no expiry date for OCU. It is mandatory to add visa expiry date which does not exist for OCI. Also doesn’t allow a person to pick up phone and speak and emails are not responsive.
