Yesterday we have a fly from Male to Goa through Mumbai fly delayed on 9 hours 20 minutes AI 268 and 685 we slept on chairs like some bums while we had a paid hotel in Goa. There was no hotel, no internet, they didn’t even give water.

Don’t fly air India, The support is absolutely terrible. It took me over 3 weeks of continuous emails to finally get a call and the support staff had no clue about their own airlines. They promised to call me back and the call never came. The flights are cancelled and now I have to run around to get the refund. This is the worst ever airline, Such a shame for the state and people of their country.

Worst app, you can’t check in through this app. Contact numbers are incorrect for some countries.

For the past few months the app won’t proceed further from the page where we enter the passenger details and contact information. It says “this flexibility is not supported” and shows a red mark on my email ID and phone number. Can’t understand what the error is. I have updated the app, tried a different mail ID. Jus doesn’t work.

Just because other operators have app AirIndia also has published one app. Which is third class…

I am using this application as I am traveling frequently, today I was trying to book 03 tickets, I have filled all the passengers details. But I was unable to make an payment, I tried multiple times but I has not moved to the payment. Finally I have to book my tickets through make my trip. AI need to work on payment issues.

I have not been able to log into LOYALTY as the time of 30 seconds is not enough. After several tries I have entered the OTP but still unable to log in. I have removed and reinstalled the app but still no luck. My suggestion is that you can use our phone number also. Hopefully you will have the issue corrected.

Fine Air India hired you and it’s almost a year. Your app booking crashes. Doesn’t take Amex. May be you should fire yourself and dampen customers misery with your services.

It’s been more than a week now and they were unable to help me with the name correction and top of that they canceled my daughter’s booking.. such a nonsense.
