13/9/24 Air NZ HK-ChCh This caused an enormous amount of work 1. Misleading chronology of messages via Air NZ App and by email Please make it really clear that AirNZ expects passengers to CANCEL the booking which AirNZ has already cancelled 2.The credit valid for 12 months should be immediately available for the rebooking of another flight - it was NOT available even 2 hours after cancelling the already Air Nz cancelled flight- this was not fair 3.Had to book further night in a hotel - decided to book 2 nights due to the STRESS On-going maintenance on Boeing airplanes is being done at passengers’ expense (time; money and stress)

It’s a good App but there are still functions you need to call customer services about eg. Recognition Upgrades and Using Airpoints to offset your purchases. Which is a pain.

Easy to use with information presented neatly

I had the joy of having a flight with Briar from Auckland to HK on July 26/27 on an over night flight. She told us she loves her job but didn't need to. Chatted to everyone and made my daughter feel very welcome. The kids meal is the main complaint. No choice given and staff cannot even tell you what it is. The dinner was reportedly pasta (favourite) but was soggy crumbed fish with mashed potatoes and peas. She hates!!! This should be addressed. Thank you. Sarah Boesenberg

When trying to online check in it goes to your browser and also in a different language. What's the point of having the app when it directs to safari.

Not good

This is pretty much a waste of time. There is no reason why the app forces multiple people on one booking to use multiple devices. This makes it pretty useless for family use. Deleting it as if the whole family can't use the app there's no point in even one person using it. So don't bother if you travel with family.

Stupid how they don’t let you know in advance. Had a morning flight at 8am and didn’t hear anything from Air NZ. Called the night before at 10pm and no one could help us. Would be good if they could let us know the day before.

There has been no acknowledgment from air NZ to say I have a new silver card in the mail or what extra benefits I get , absolutely nothing . I’ve paid for flight in December that should take me to gold on the 6th of January. Instead I get a congratulations your staying on silver . What’s up with this ? You don’t like looking after your customers. It’s real easy I will just fly Qantas .
